I have always been intimidated by gyms and organized exercise classes, and when I started with Ziad at Next Level, this was no exception… I was scared to death! Master Z is patient, knowledgeable and encouraging every step of the way. I am amazed at how much stronger I have become, and how I can do things I never thought possible. This class is empowering and motivating… Ziad pushes us and we cheer each other on. I highly recommend this class and the 6-week challenge for ALL athletic abilities! I promise you will see results!
This is the place to be!!! I used to absolutely hate working out and lacked motivation. Not anymore! I’m so happy to have found this gym. Master Z pushes me to my limits and he motivates me to become better. I always look forward to our classes and he never disappoints. In the few weeks I have been here I have lost 12 lbs, went down in body fat and up in muscle. I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.
The kids martial arts program it’s amazing! My daughter was a little intimidated at first, but after a few classes she got to love it. I can’t say enough good things about Next Level Martial Arts&Fitness. Master Z and instructor J.C are both very strict, yet very fair. They give equal attention to each student and every class comes with new challenges.
